Template: Form to email essay test answers to instructors

This form is designed to let students send answers to test questions or homework assignments to your email browser.

The comments in the source code for this page willl show you how to modify this html formmail template. Clicking on submit actually sends the information to a script which Web Support has placed on the UNCC server. This script automatically sends you the information the student has written in the boxes.

Save the source code for this page by clicking on "File" in the upper left hand corner of your browser. Select "Save As and choose the drive where you want to save it.You can give the file another name such as test1.htm.

You do not need an html editor to modify this text.

Modify the source code for the page (as explained in the comments) with a text editor such as Word, Word Perfect, Simple Text, Notepad. All of the code is already in place. Be sure to save it with the extension .htm
