Series
The SICA Occasional Papers Series provides members with an outlet to showcase research or case studies of interest to the international public administration community. In the future, occasional papers will be accessible by SICA members through this web-site.

For further information or to submit a paper for inclusion in the series, contact the Series co-editors, Richard Vengroff and Momar Ndiaye of the University of Connecticut.

Membership Directory The SICA Membership Directory, last updated in January 1999,  is a cross-referenced listing of regular and electronic mail address and areas of expertise of the section's 300 members.  It is a very handy networking tool.

SICA members receive the Directory for free.  Others may purchase it.  For further information, contact Jennifer Brinkerhoff.
