As announced in class, I will be in Nigeria for three weeks in November. Thanks to the support and assistance of other members of the political science department, the effect of my absence will be minimal. The only changes are to the course timetable and associated readings and the quizzes. Everything else continues as originally planned.

Even though there will only be 11 quizzes, you will still be able to drop the worst two. I have increased the points on Written Assignment 3 to compensate.
