The Charlotte 49ers current spring practice season will conclude with the 49ers' first Spring Game. The Green-White scrimmage will be held on Saturday, April 20 at 1:00 PM on McColl-Richardson Field at the football stadium.

Admission will be $10. FSL season ticket holders will receive reserved tickets during the seat selection process, which is currently underway. For more information about your seat selection, call 704-687-4950.

All other seating is general admission outside of the FSL seating tiers, and tickets can be purchased online or by calling 704-687-4949. Online purchase allows fans to print tickets at no extra charge, thus avoiding will call lines at the ticket office.

UNC Charlotte students should request, claim and print a ticket through their online student ticket account.

The McColl-Richardson Field ticket office will open two hours prior to kick-off for walk-up sales and will call ticket distribution. A valid photo ID is required when picking up tickets. Gates to the stadium open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.

The game will be used as a dry-run for the upcoming inaugural season. FSL holders will park in their designated lots and sit in the seats they choose during the 49ers seat selection process. Game day traffic patterns will be observed and certain lots will be reserved and accessible only to FSL holders with the proper parking passes distributed by the Athletic Foundation. The University’s tailgate policy will also be followed.

Fans coming to the game that are not FSL holders or UNC Charlotte students will be able to park in the Cone Deck with cash payment or in the Union and West Decks if using the Click and Park online system. The parking lots open four hours prior to kick-off.

All fans entering campus will need to park in designated parking spots via the following options:

  • FSL season ticket holder parking permits will be distributed at the FSL seat selection appointment. Each permit will identify specific lot and required entry point of campus.
  • Non-FSL holders may purchase a parking permit online for the West and Union Decks. Fans wishing to pay cash on game day must enter the main University entrance from University City Boulevard (Highway 49) and proceed to the Cone Parking Deck.
  • Faculty and Staff with a current parking permit displayed on their vehicle may park in the East Deck.
  • Students with a current commuter parking permit displayed on their vehicle may park in Lots 5, 5A and 6.

ADA parking will be available in the CRI Deck. You may obtain an ADA permit through the Click and Park system; placards must be displayed on your vehicle on game day.

Concessions and merchandise will be available during the practice scrimmage.

More information about what to expect on game day is available online.
