Project Coordinator

Ms. Karvonen has previous experience implementing both quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation procedures, including survey, interview and focus group research, observational data collection, and document analysis. Prior to her current role as Project Coordinator, Ms. Karvonen served as senior research analyst for a private consulting firm providing program assessment and evaluation services to educational, human service and community-based programs. In this role she provided evaluation services for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, several Smart Start (early childhood) initiatives, and Families and Communities Equal Success (FACES), a CMHS grant initiative.
