Joanne Robinson (B.A., Connecticut College; M.T.S., Harvard; Ph.D., Chicago) joined the UNC Charlotte faculty in 1996. She teaches courses in Christianity and western culture, with an emphasis in medieval studies. She is the author of Nobility and Annihilation in Marguerite Porete’s “Mirror of Simple Souls”. (SUNY Press, 2001).
