Class Rosters

Faculty members obtain their class rosters using 49er Express which is available through www.uncc.edu.  Instructions are available at 49er Express and on the Records and Registration website at www.registrar.uncc.edu/grademenu.htm.  Faculty are requested to verify their official roster against actual attendance by the end of the first week of classes.  The census date for state funding takes place during the second week of the Fall and Spring semesters (and respective dates in the Summer). Eligible students must be enrolled before that time in order to be counted in the official census which is used for funding. The Records & Registration office should be notified if students are listed on the class roster but not attending the course.  Students who are attending, but do not appear on the roster should be advised to register and that they are not enrolled and will not earn a grade or credit for the course.
