Presentation Support Desk

Located on the right as you enter the Library building, the Presentation Support desk provides assistance with logging in and using equipment in the three Information Commons computing labs. In these labs, students, faculty, and staff can type a document, create a spreadsheet or slide presentation, or edit a video or multimedia presentation. Presentation Support staff will direct you to the appropriate workstation and provide instruction on scanning, capture, digitization, manipulation and output of information.

Classroom Audiovisual Equipment Support

Presentation Support maintains, supports, and provides instruction in the use of audiovisual equipment permanently installed in all general teaching classrooms, as well as equipment circulated by the Library. To report a problem with classroom equipment, please call 704-687-3827.

If you require equipment that is not permanently installed in the classroom, you may borrow audiovisual equipment from the Circulation Desk at the Library. All equipment items are listed by title in the Library catalog.
