The
Board of Trustees at UNC Charlotte
The
Board of Trustees is responsible for ensuring the
institution's compliance with the educational, research and public service roles
assigned to it by the board of governors. Other responsibilities include
advising the chancellor on the budget, planning, policies governing the
operation and development of the University and other matters it deems
appropriate.
