Board
of Governors
The board of governors is the corporate body that
has total responsibility for the governance and welfare of The University. In
particular, the board of governors is responsible for the general determination,
control, supervision, management and governance of all affairs of the
constituent institutions and may adopt such policies and regulations, as it
deems wise. Standing committees include: the Committee on Budget and Finance;
Committee on Educational Planning; Policies and Programs; Committee on Personnel
and Tenure; and the Committee on University Governance. For more information
