Employment
of Relatives
Related persons may be concurrently employed
by the University, even as members of the same department, except in the case
where one related person has responsibility for the direct supervision of the
other. In no case can one related person participate in the evaluation of the

In addition, the University is prohibited from soliciting or culminating a contractual procurement relationship with the immediate family member of any employee of the University, although the family member could serve as a subcontractor or supplier to the successful bidder.
