COMMENCEMENT TICKETS

• All Commencement tickets for the 10 a.m. and the 3 p.m. ceremonies have been distributed.

• Guests of graduates sitting in Halton Arena will require a ticket. (Small children who can be held comfortably in an adult's lap for several hours will not need a ticket.)

• Tickets may only be used at the ceremony for which they were issued:

  Tickets issued for the 10 a.m. ceremony can only be used
  at 10 a.m.
  Tickets issued for the 3 p.m. ceremony can only be used
  at 3 p.m.

• All tickets will be scanned before guests enter Halton Arena.

  OVERFLOW VIEWING ROOM

• Guests who did not receive tickets are invited to view the Commencement ceremony from the Overflow Viewing Room. These guests will be able to see (and hear) the ceremony on a large 10-foot-by-14-foot screen.

• When arriving for the ceremony, guests wishing to sit in the Overflow Viewing Room are asked to check in at the Athletic Ticket Office outside the Student Activity Center (SAC) so they can be escorted to the Overflow Viewing Room.

CAP & GOWN PICK-UP

• Cap & Gown pick-up is available at the University Bookstore until Friday, May 9.
