Graduate Listservs

The Graduate School sends out important messages to graduate coordinators/directors and graduate faculty via the email listservs, GRADCOOR and GRADFAC. We strongly recommend that each graduate coordinator/director subscribe to the GRADCOOR listserv, as well as other persons in the academic units who work with graduate programs. Likewise, the GRADFAC listserv can be an invaluable tool through which graduate faculty can dialogue or exchange ideas.

Individuals must subscribe and unsubscribe to the graduate listservs. Detailed instructions can be found below. Subscribers may also post messages to the listservs.

To Subscribe:

1. Send email to: listserv@email.uncc.edu

2. Leave the 'Subject' line blank

3. In the body of the email, enter the following command:

SUBSCRIBE GRADCOOR or SUBSCRIBE GRADFAC

4. Delete the 'AutoSignature' information from the body of the email message.

To Unsubscribe:

1. Send email to: listserv@email.uncc.edu

2. In the message line, enter the following command:

UNSUBSCRIBE GRADCOOR or UNSUBSCRIBE GRADFAC
