Shirt Order Form
The student group is now taking orders for Christmas Party T shirts. This order will be
for a white long sleeve shirt, 50 - 50 cotton-poly blend. Each shirt
will cost $15.00 and XXL shirts an additional $1.50 per shirt. These shirts are being used as a fund
raiser for the student group. Please have your order in by December 2nd.
