Goals and Objectives

Business Affairs Goal 7:  Develop and implement a comprehensive business continuity plan to ensure timely recovery of University services in the event of a disaster.  This plan should meet the requirements suggested by the MIS Division of the Office of State Auditor and should be developed in concert with the disaster recovery plan for campus computing operations.  

 Business Continuity Planning Goals for 2003 -2004

BCP Goal 1: Develop and integrate business continuity plans at the academic department and administrative unit level.

BCP Goal 2: Consolidate department/unit plans into a comprehensive University business continuity plan.

BCP Goal 3: Exercise business continuity plans at all levels.

BCP Goal 4: Submit final plan for approval by the Office of the State Auditor.

BCP Goal 5: Continue testing and updating of business continuity plans at all levels.

These goals support recovery and continuation of all critical operations of the University.
