Pre-Education Program
During the freshmen and
sophomore years, undergraduate students pursuing a major and/or teaching
license in education
are classified as Pre-Education students. Students complete university general
education requirements in addition to
preparatory courses for their field of
teacher certification.

Student Teaching
Student teaching is a
one-semester experience in a public school for fifteen weeks under the
supervision of a classroom
teacher and university professor.
